Fully renovated in October 2022 with a new bathroom! A 1BR/1BA pool front ground floor, cottage in a quaint 3-unit property in Cape Canaveral just over a block to the beach. This cottage features a king size bed, pool front sunroom and all-new coastal decor. The property has a private pool exclusive to the three cottages and one house on property, an outdoor grill, a recreation area, common area room with laundry!
There is an outdoor shower and wash area for you and your family to help keep the sand on the beach and a gas & charcoal grill that is shared with the other townhouse. Due to current supply chain issues with Beach Equipment & Young Child Equipment, we recommend using A1A Rentals (beach things) & Baby’s Away Melbourne/Cocoa Beach.
We are a Dog-Friendly property. We charge a non-refundable $100 fee per dog that covers additional deep cleaning. A county ordinance currently prohibits dogs on public beaches throughout the county. Service animals who accompany a person who has a disability are exempted. We also ask that the pup needs to stay clean, with no wet sandy beach pup in the house.
Smoking or vaping in the houses around the property is NOT allowed.

We did not get a chance to meet Bryan but we did get a chance to meet his beautiful wife Erin.
The cottage is absolutely perfect for a little family vacation, we were very pleased.
The king sized pillow top mattress might secretly be our favorite amenity.
It fit my boyfriend and I PLUS our 4 year old, 10 month old, and our dog!
Of course our sons favorite part was the pool.
I absolutely loved the small little FULLY equipped kitchen. I made breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert every day for the week and anything I could of needed was there.
It’s the perfect distance from the beach and everything else in Coco Beach, and a 5 minute drive to the grocery store.
I highly recommend booking with Bryan, it was a very easy, very pleasant experience.

You will not be disappointed with this fantastic Airbnb. A short 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful pool and outdoor area. Pet friendly. The indoor space is well appointed with everything you could need. Very clean and comfortable. They owners really take pride in providing a wonderful space. Book today, you will not be disappointed.
