Complete renovation in October 2022 with a new bathroom! A coastal beach cottage on the second floor in a quaint 3-unit property in Cape Canaveral just over a block from the beach! The property has a pool just for use by the cottages on the property, an outdoor grill, a recreation area, and a common area room with laundry supplies!
There is an outdoor shower and wash area for you and your family to help keep the sand on the beach and a gas & charcoal grill that is shared with the other townhouse. Due to current supply chain issues with Beach Equipment & Young Child Equipment, we recommend using A1A Rentals (beach things) & Baby’s Away Melbourne/Cocoa Beach.
We are a Dog-Friendly property. We charge a non-refundable $100 fee per dog that covers additional deep cleaning. A county ordinance currently prohibits dogs on public beaches throughout the county. Service animals who accompany a person who has a disability are exempted. We also ask that the pup needs to stay clean, with no wet sandy beach pup in the house.
Smoking or vaping in the houses around the property is NOT allowed.

Had a great stay at this upstairs apartment. Only 2 blocks to the beach; you can hear the waves from inside the apartment. Nice pool in private backyard (not heated so too cold for me to get in but nice to look at). Nice neighborhood. The apartment was cozy, clean and comfortable. My dog was happy here too. Laundry available on the ground floor with lots of beach stuff. Highly recommend staying here and I will be back. The hosts were nice and responsive. Thank you

The cottages were a great place to stay traveling to Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach for vacation! also great for hybrid trips, like mine: We were working partly remote and visiting family, and suited us well for that too. Internet connection was good, the room was well stocked with towels, dishes, etc, we could use, and had comfortable furniture. The pool was well- maintained. the cottage is a short walk to the beach and easy drive to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!
