Our two-bedroom cottage is on the ground floor and features two bedrooms with a den that sleeps a total of five people. The living area opens to the kitchen, all of the necessary service items, and a separate dining area from the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower.
There is an outdoor shower and wash area for you and your family to help keep the sand on the beach and a gas & charcoal grill that is shared with the other townhouse. Due to current supply chain issues with Beach Equipment & Young Child Equipment, we recommend using A1A Rentals (beach things) & Baby’s Away Melbourne/Cocoa Beach.
We are a Dog-Friendly property. We charge a non-refundable $100 fee per dog covering additional deep cleaning. A county ordinance currently prohibits dogs on public beaches t roughout the county. Service animals accompanying a person who has a disability are exempted. We also ask that the pup stay clean, with no wet sandy beach pup in the house.
Smoking or vaping in the cottages around the property is NOT allowed.

This cozy beach cottage was very comfortable, nicely appointed with great amenities in a perfect location only 2 blocks from beach. Even had great pots & pans as well as dishes and silverware. Bryan and Erin were extremely helpful and friendly; they were always quick to respond to any inquiries Their maintenance man, Malcom was awesome as well. We can’t wait to plan our next stay. Anxious to try out their new Beach House as well. We cannot say enough about the cottage and hosts

This place is amazing! It’s just a short 4 minute walk (we timed it) to the ocean, PLUS you can drive to the end of the street and park right at the ocean if you’d rather not walk. We stayed there a week, and drove multiple times (& there was available parking every time). The pool is just outside the door with a few steps. Plus a washer & dryer (which was great because we were able to pack less). The place was stocked with everything we needed (paper towels, toilet paper, rags, towels, ETC). As a family of 5 (my husband, me, & 3 kids) it was plenty enough room for an amazing vacation. We definitely plan on booking here again in the future!
